Job Description 🛈

• We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Duties include troubleshooting issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring network security. The IT Technician will also be responsible for assisting with IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities 🧾

-Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

-Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

-Troubleshoot system and network problems, and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.

-Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and system optimizations.

-Ensure network security and protect against unauthorized access or breaches.

-Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements 📌

- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
